Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Nonacus business within allocated areas and geographies by executing the company’s sales, pricing and marketing strategies
- Identify new sales opportunities within and outside the existing account base through sales activities, prospecting and lead follow-up
- Utilise individual direct technical selling to convert opportunities into sales
- Support new and existing customer needs as appropriate
- Support external sales team by prospecting market opportunities
- Support external commercial team administratively (quotes, orders, order confirmations, data sharing)
- Maintenance of the CRM and contribute to improving the funnel management process
- Attend essential commercial meetings and develop an understanding of the company's services and products
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Complete and submit on time all requested reports, analyses, presentations, and other requested information
Job qualifications:
You will have a strong technical background in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field and experience in sales of high-tech products for an international company, (experience in the Diagnostics or Life Science sector, ideally biotechnology will be seen as a distinct advantage).
You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to live our core values of being patient and customer-centric, collaborative and innovative, whilst working to deadlines and enhancing the company’s commercial efforts.
